Shipping Policy for the UK

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please read the Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with Chill Tubs directly on this website or by phone. If you buy directly from one of our Chill Tub retailers please ensure you read their shipping and delivery policy as it may be different from ours.


Collection from the Chill Tubs Head Office

You can collect your Chill Tub from the head office in Chesterfield, UK.  Our address is Chill Tubs, Broombank Park, Chesterfield, S41 9RT.  Collections are available Monday to Friday 9:00 – 16:00. All collections must be scheduled with the Chill Tubs Logistics team in advance. If you are opting for a collection rather than a delivery please inform the Logistics team when they contact you about your order.

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping in the UK:

UK Standard Delivery – this is included in the price of the Chill Tub on this website.  This includes the delivery of the product, and positioning of your Chill Tub. We will then remove all the packaging, setup your Chill Tub and talk about key information you need to know about your product. Prior to delivery, our Logistics team will contact you and ask questions to ensure it is possible for us to safely deliver your Chill Tub.

The dimensions of the Chill Tub including its packaging are as follows; length 1800mm, width 730mm, height 750mm.  The net weight is 120kg.  We must be informed of any access restrictions to where the Chill Tub is being positioned prior to booking in. Failing to do so may result in a failed delivery where the Chill Tub may be left in a safe place at the property or a redelivery which will come at an additional £400.

Delivery is excluded to the following locations; Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Jersey and Guernsey. A quote will be required from an external freight company, whereby the difference will be charged to yourselves before goods are released. For deliveries and collections to these locations the warranty will cover the parts only and not the labour. Customers will need to arrange for their servicing and maintenance locally.   

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

If your delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any delay.
