What led you personally to try cold water therapy?
“I first tried it at a wellness retreat in Portugal and followed it up with some Wim Hof training. I loved the resilience it built. That’s when we discovered Chill Tubs. The convenience removed all the friction – no ice, no setup, just a perfect plunge every day.”

How did you build a routine with Chill Tubs?
“I started with seven days, then pushed to 14, then a month. Eventually I got to 90 consecutive days of plunging for a minimum of three minutes a day. It was game-changing – not just for recovery, but for mindset and mental clarity.”

How did you build a routine with Chill Tubs?
“Initially I saw it as recovery, but the real gain was mindfulness and productivity. Doing it first thing each morning gave me space to plan the day and be present. It helped me focus on what really matters. It’s a mental reset in a noisy world.”

How do you introduce high-performance clients to cold plunging?
“I coach CEOs, fund managers, business owners – and for them, plunging becomes more than a recovery tool. It builds discipline, resilience, and clarity. Starting the day with that kind of challenge changes how you show up in life.”

What are your top tips for people starting out with cold plunging or Chill Tubs?
Forget the time. Focus on how many discomfort barriers you can overcome.
Reduce friction. Keep the plunge ready, clean, and use a dry robe for comfort.
Use music. One track, three minutes – it keeps you calm and focused.

Final advice for anyone considering it?
“Just enjoy it. Embrace the stillness and the discomfort. We live in such a convenient world that we rarely face true challenge. But doing hard things makes us stronger and more resilient. That’s where the real growth comes from.”
