“I focus on helping women celebrate what their bodies can do, not just how they look. It’s about building strength for life and training in sync with their hormones. The goal is balance, long-term health, and learning to work with your body, not against it.”

Talilla Henchoz is an online fitness coach and founder of Club Five, a global wellness platform helping women build strength, balance, and confidence through movement, mindset, and community.
Talilla is redefining how women train by focusing on long-term health, not just short-term results. Her approach empowers women to understand their bodies, honour their hormonal cycles, and train in ways that support both physical and mental wellbeing, no matter their life stage or routine.
A strong advocate for recovery and nervous system regulation, Talilla uses Chill Tubs regularly to boost her mood, support muscle recovery, and create calm in her busy schedule. For her, it’s about building resilience and showing up fully in training, in life, and for the community she leads.
What inspired you to start Club Five?
“I started Club Five during lockdown after going through a tough breakup and struggling with my mental health. I began hosting live workouts to help myself feel better, and they quickly gained momentum. Within weeks, women from across the world were joining in and training together. That unexpected connection and shared energy became the foundation for everything we’ve built.”

What’s your approach to training women?

What does your wellness routine look like today?
“My routine is all about balance now. I strength train three times a week, walk daily, and regularly use hot and cold therapy. It’s less about aesthetics and more about energy, recovery, and supporting my nervous system long term.”

How did cold therapy become part of your life?
“It started with cold showers during lockdown to help my mindset and create structure. That quickly turned into full plunges. Now I use my Chill Tubs Pro 2 to 3 times a week. It boosts my mood, clears my head, and it’s become something I even share with friends.”

Do you recommend cold plunging to your clients?
“Yes, but I always advise women to be mindful of their cycle and stress levels. We’re more sensitive to cortisol, so timing matters. I recommend starting with cold showers and listening to your body. It’s about discipline, not overdoing it.”

What do you think of the Chill Tubs Pro?
“I love it. Having the Chill Tubs Pro at home means I can reset whenever I need to. It boosts my mood, clears my head, and the endorphin hit is amazing. If I could tweak one thing, I’d make the design sleeker and all-black like the Chill Tubs Lite to suit my space and filming setup.”
