Shipping Policy for Australia (Core Wellness Pty Ltd)

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions.

Please read the Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with Chill Tubs directly on this website or by phone. If you buy directly from one of our Chill Tub retailers, please ensure you read their shipping and delivery policy as it may be different from ours.


Collection from West Coast or East Coast Warehouse

You can collect your Chill Tub from the below two locations:

Perth – 25/279 Treasure Rd North, Welshpool WA 6106

Melbourne – 70 Mary St, Pakenham VIC  3810

Collections are available Monday to Friday 9:00 – 16:00. All collections must be scheduled with the Chill Tubs Logistics team in advance. If you are opting for a collection rather than a delivery, please inform the logistics team when they contact you about your order.

Shipping to a freight depot near you

We also offer limited shipping in Australia. Unless indicated or advised, included in the online Retail Price is transport from either our West Coast or East Coast depot to a freight depot with 50kms of your location or Capital City (whichever is closer). We will aim to get it as close as we can to your desired location as possible, but we do not offer door delivery at this stage unless agreed with the Chill Tubs Logistics team. Delivery to remote WA/SA/NT/QLD/TAS locations may not fall within the 50km depot/Capital City term but please contact the Chill Tubs Logistics team for help.

The dimensions of the Chill Tub including its packaging are as follows; length 1800mm, width 730mm, height 750mm.  The net weight is 120kg. Please be aware that there is a reasonable amount of packaging that comes with a Chill Tub that you will need to dispose of.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Stock availability

We will make every effort to advise our stock situation prior to any purchase.

If we have stock within your East Coast or West Coast location, we estimate approx. 5-10 business days to your closest freight depot within our network.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

If we are in a ‘sold out of stock’ situation we will indicate and advise estimated lead times for goods to arrive in Australia. Additional delivery or collection times to your closest depot will not be included in this estimate.

Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any delay.
