Shipping Policy for Europe

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please read the Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with Chill Tubs directly on this website or by phone. If you buy directly from one of our Chill Tub retailers please ensure you read their shipping and delivery policy as it may be different from ours.


We offer shipping in Europe:

Standard Delivery – this is included in the price of the Chill Tub on this website. Prior to delivery, our Logistics team will contact you and ask questions to ensure it is possible for us to safely deliver your Chill Tub.

Our deliveries in Europe are via a Third-Party Courier. We will place your Chill Tub on a pallet and in a crate to protect it during transit. The product will be left in a safe place outside of your house. We would recommend a local removals firm to support you in moving the product into the final position.

When accepting delivery of your Chill Tub please check for damage during transit and sign as damaged if this is the case.  Any claims relating to damage in transit that were not noted on acceptance of delivery may not be processed. 

The dimensions of the Chill Tub including its packaging are as follows; length 1800mm, width 730mm, height 750mm.  The net weight is 120kg.  We must be informed of any access restrictions to where your Chill Tub is being delivered. Failing to do so may result in a failed delivery where the Chill Tub may be left in a safe place at the property or a redelivery which will come at an additional €400.

For deliveries and collections to Europe the warranty will cover the parts only and not the labour. Customers will need to arrange for their servicing and maintenance locally.   

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

If your delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any delay.
