{"id":397,"date":"2023-07-11T15:40:25","date_gmt":"2023-07-11T14:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chilltubs.com\/eu\/?p=397"},"modified":"2023-08-02T09:21:04","modified_gmt":"2023-08-02T08:21:04","slug":"chill-tubs-live-on-itvs-this-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chilltubs.com\/eu\/chill-tubs-live-on-itvs-this-morning\/","title":{"rendered":"Chill Tubs live on ITV\u2019s This Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<div class=\"content-block container-fluid  \">\r\n    <div class=\"row justify-content-start\">\r\n        <div class=\"col-12 col-lg-8\">\r\n            <p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>As cold water therapy becomes more popular Chill Tubs was chosen to feature live on ITV\u2019s This Morning on 19 June.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The master of ice baths Wim Hof joined down the line, live from his ice bath in the Netherlands talking about the wellness benefits of stepping out of your comfort zone and gradually building up time spent in cold water.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simon Waterson, fitness guru with over 25 years\u2019 experience, also talked about how to get started in cold water and the mental and physical benefits it can bring.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TV presenter Matthew Wright then took the plunge into the Chill Tub at 8.3 degrees and reported later that evening he felt strangely well and was buzzing from the experience.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\r\n<div class=\"image-and-content  pad-lg-3 \">\r\n    <div class=\"\">\r\n    \t<div class=\"row align-items-center\">\r\n    \t\t<div class=\"col-content col-lg-6 order-2 order-lg-2\">\r\n    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t\t\t    \t\t\t<div class=\"block-content content\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<p>Holly Willoughby and Dermot O\u2019Leary presented the item with Holly herself having experience of ice baths.\u00a0 Holly presented\u00a0Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof last year where a host of stars took on icy challenges.\u00a0A year after the show, she finally took the plunge and despite it being freezing she did state on her Instagram that she felt incredible afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Elphick, Head of Marketing said: \u201cIt was a great experience to be featured on This Morning and showcase Chill Tubs. The latest ice tub brand in this growing market is Chill Tubs.<\/p>\n<p>Made from aluminium, with a teak top and a black aluminium surround, the Chill Tub looks stylish and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.\u00a0 Its temperature settings go as low as 3 degrees and it holds 400 litres of water. It has a built-in patent pending ozonator for clear water plus an insulated cover to help reduce running costs. There is also no need to add ice to a Chill Tub as the chiller reduces the temperature of the water.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\r\n<div class=\"image-and-content  pad-lg-3 \">\r\n    <div class=\"\">\r\n    \t<div class=\"row align-items-center\">\r\n    \t\t<div class=\"col-content col-lg-6 order-2 order-lg-1\">\r\n    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t\t\t    \t\t\t<div class=\"block-content content\">\r\n\t    \t\t\t\t<p>Rob Carlin, Managing Director at Chill Tubs is also taking part in a 30-day study to assess the benefits of using a Chill Tub in his daily routine. A Chill Tub can have many different benefits on the body including; reducing muscle soreness, improving recovery time, decreasing inflammation, improving circulation and more.<\/p>\n<p>TransformNow are working in partnership with Chill Tubs to assess what happens to your body after using the ice bath every day for 30 days prior to Rob\u2019s daily workout.
