I do go in the sea but don\u2019t do it regularly. Sometimes I do have a cold shower after training and that is about it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a whole new product. I am excited to see how I feel; what effects it will have on the body both in the short and long term.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is so much research coming out to show it can help your mental health, your joints and your circulation.
